Charles Wurf, General Manager
With an extensive background leading member-based organisations, our General Manager brings decades of experience, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to supporting the driver training industry. As an accomplished CEO who has successfully led four substantial associations, he has built a career centred on advocacy, strong governance, and delivering meaningful outcomes for members.
His professional passion lies in championing for-purpose organisations. He thrives in the unique dynamics of the not-for-profit sector, where member needs, transparency, and impact are at the heart of every decision. His expertise spans board governance, executive leadership, constitutional frameworks, and specialised financial reporting, ensuring ADTA remains a strong, accountable, and forward-focused organisation.
A dedicated advocate for industry progress, he continues to lead with clarity, purpose, and unwavering commitment to the ADTA membership and the broader driver training community.
