Charles Wurf, General Manager
With an extensive background leading member-based organisations, our General Manager brings decades of experience, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to supporting the driver training industry. As an accomplished CEO who has successfully led four substantial associations, he has built a career centred on advocacy, strong governance, and delivering meaningful outcomes for members.
His professional passion lies in championing for-purpose organisations. He thrives in the unique dynamics of the not-for-profit sector, where member needs, transparency, and impact are at the heart of every decision. His expertise spans board governance, executive leadership, constitutional frameworks, and specialised financial reporting, ensuring ADTA remains a strong, accountable, and forward-focused organisation.
A dedicated advocate for industry progress, he continues to lead with clarity, purpose, and unwavering commitment to the ADTA membership and the broader driver training community.
Nadia Pralija, Member Services Coordinator
Nadia is the first point of contact for our members and plays an essential role in ensuring every interaction with the ADTA is positive, supportive, and seamless. With her long-term experience within the organisation, she brings invaluable knowledge of our processes, systems, and member needs, making her the go-to person for all general enquiries and day-to-day assistance.
Nadia is deeply passionate about delivering impeccable customer service and prides herself on her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to providing a friendly, stress-free experience. She thrives in a member-focused environment and genuinely enjoys building connections, helping instructors navigate their membership, and ensuring they feel supported at every step.

Michelle Roese, Safer Drivers Course & Events Coordinator
Michelle is the newest member of the ADTA team, leading the coordination of the Safer Drivers Course in New South Wales while also overseeing Event Coordination across all ADTA activities. In her role, she supports members, coaches, and facilitators by ensuring courses are well-organised, compliant, and delivered seamlessly.
Her work plays a vital role in helping young drivers develop low-risk driving strategies — a responsibility she approaches with dedication and genuine care. Drawing on her strong background in event coordination, Michelle contributes to the success of ADTA’s events and seminars, supporting the ongoing professional development of members.
An excellent problem solver, Michelle is known for her ability to think on her feet, identify practical solutions, and keep operations running smoothly. She brings a calm and grounded presence to the team, even in high-pressure situations, and her approachable communication style helps her build strong, positive relationships with everyone she works with.
